Read it and see, official BBC website. the BBC is not bound by any laws to tell the truth on the BBC world wide service, its funded and under the oversight of the Foreign Secretary, in other words a propaganda arm of the UK government. I understand it can be difficult to accept you have been played...

Mikrotik ...... and other routers and AP's?
I have a bit of a thing for Mikrotik atm, so thought I'd start a thread. As Mikrotik make routers then it could just as easily be a general thread for chatting about routers but I'll stick with Mikrotik to start off. I mentioned in another thread that this https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B017W43...

Re: Nature photos
I can remember seeing both those pictures. They might be illustrations in a book but I suspect they might have been posters on a classroom wall at school - long long ago. So I wonder if they were educational posters. .... So went looking and found this nice little compelation of classroom nature pos...

Re: Sad Demise of the "Right to Repair" Bill at the hands of the US Government
I see this as very badly thought out.
Look at it another way. Say the right to repair means that more people that couldn't otherwise afford say top end phones get to use second hand repaired one. Guess what the aspirations of the group will be for their next phone.

... Take a moment and think for yourselves, the media says Russia is taking heavy casualties to its Conscription army, Conscription in Russia is a 12-month draft, which is mandatory for all male citizens ages 18–27, with a number of exceptions. Putin has stated there are ZERO Conscription forces in...

I'm wondering how much of a deliberate tactic it is for the Russians to keep blocking the refugees?

If the Ukrainians can disrupt the Russian supply lines then I think they can drag this out for a long time.
If they just sit and take the punishment then I think Russian artillery will win the day.

The tactics
I thought it might be worth a separate thread on Just the military side of the war in the Ukraine. To put it bluntly I don't see how Ukraine can win against Russia but the defence of Kiev could end up a massive meat grinder on the scale of Verdun. What Russia has in spades is Artillery and they seem...

Add Owatrol to any hand paint you use and use it neat or 50:50 with aluminium primer on bare metal to stop new rust.
It will add to the price but sometimes when you leave off a job and want to keep the rust off its handy.
I love the product but think the price is obscene.

7 quid on the bag of coal. That's a lot! Flour going to go up likely quite a lot, as Ukraine will not plant much this year. I usually get all my flour in large bags from Kilkenny mills but unfortunately one cannot bulk buy flour in advance as it does not keep, even if well stored. Being dependent o...
