That's some impressive attention to detail Joe. I do get satisfaction out of washing away the suds off the car with the help of my watering can.

Re: Maintenance jobs that give you that satisfaction feeling.
It's certainly TMI but I have had to learn to unblock the sewage pipes and also the septic tank because himself often works away and it has to be done. There is a problem with the falloff degree of the pipes and there are not infrequent problems. It could be seen as gruesome and in some ways it is,...

Greasing machinery. This truly can be both a highly enjoyable task and very frustrating one. I will only post about the enjoyable ones this time. I'm on my last grease nipple, the grease tube is probably nearly empty, working the grease gun and praying that the gentle cracking sound comes soon... an...

I've loads of clocks...most I wouldn't look at from one end of the year to the next... but they have to be done. After doing that...

Maintenance jobs that give you that satisfaction feeling.
Was looking at a video of someone in China tapping the roof of a house and big slabs of snow falling off and found it something I'd get great satisfaction out of. Got me thinking of what mundane tasks I do that I look forward to doing and give me that chuffed and satisfaction feeling. For me it's un...

There's footage of Russian infantry units of 6 to 8 men repeatedly probing into Ukraine areas looking for Ukraine positions and getting wiped out....happening over and over, until Russia can pinpoint the Ukrainian positions and then wipe them out It was (and is) the only viable way,to overcome impas...

Who are these buckos? They come across as a pair of poor man's "Lord Haw Haw" and much as I have little time for the Ukrainian leadership this sort of biased shite would almost have me sending him a few bob. The truth still remains that Russia and Ukraine are two sides of the same coin - ...

How to persuade my neighbour to sell me a bit of his field ... Called in this afternoon to the local notaire (best source of independent property purchase advice in France) who confirmed that the idea is feasible, no strange restrictions in force in this area, no known re-zoning plans in the works....

If they gonna do it,they should get on with it imo Everyday spent fecking about,is a day of preparation lost,as the spring comes around The tanks won't make any difference, which is a major part of why Germany are reluctant to send them. You have to remember that Ukraine had hundreds of main battle...

It was a nasty thing to do. Very nasty. It wasn't a 110-90 or 390 by any chance? Those things were nearly more valuable now than when new. No J it was a Deutz DX 85, was a good tractor, but I originally picked it up for 3500. I sold it to a man for I think 4000 or 4500 thousand, that's all it was realistically worth. Said he was going to...

Mud slinging has been taken to a new level. Why would anyone waste good cow manure on a politician although it hasn't been established what type of poop it was.
