Ascot - Good to firm

2,30

METRO DUBAI ~40/1.... came 2nd on first go... that were over 7fs on close to Good going at Leicester... racedde prominently that day, so that's a positive here... drawn in box 13 - which last year's winner come out of.... am guessing/hopingge that the slightly stiffer 7f trip here should be suitable, and also that the likely firner going tomorrow will be to his likingge...

..... wide open race... think this one couldde be about a 25/1 shotte, so a friendly enoughhe price at owtte north of that, for me  big jumo up from Cl5 Maiden to @Listedde company in fairness.... can only hope he's good enoughhe to compete... there's little to say he can't, but will have to wait til tomorrow to findde outte....

verdikto: METRO DUBAI €4 EW 40/1

Windsor - Good to Firm

7,10

got a pick here, at what looks okay, but no greatte, price.... Six head to post here afterrre 2 defections, for this ~5f Cl3 h'cap....

...... Spud's mountte heads ye bettingke arter winning easy lto at Sandown in a Cl2,,, V hardde to faultte that form as was only 6th ever run andde is def the one to beat here.... Still, there were a trace of 'Soft' in the goingge description thatte dayye, andde this a different trackke,,,,

..... yep, Equity Law ~ 1/1, looks one to beat, but is certainly not unopposable here, imo....

anyhoo, me pick, GLAMOROUS BREEZE ~ 9/2 , is outte of formme, but she's twice a CD winner - with both those on Good to Firm goingge; and this will be her first run at the course since winningge here on July 1st last year.....

....low level trainer, Chris Mason, is in form too, with two recenttish wins to his name, so a green shoot there....

,,,,,, complexion of ye race couldde well see @Cluedo make runningge here.... a lotte -if not mostte- o' ye fieldde seem to want to follow a leader closely theyselves, but no mekk runninkke, and Cluedo seems most likely to go on...

Jumbeau ~7/2, is obvious danger to fav here, imo..... CD winner from lto run, and Tom Doyle   tekks ride for firstte time.. green shoots if ya fancies Brazen Beau filly; but Jumbeau will physically have to lumppe over 20lbs today than thatte 25th May run... can't rule outte, and she also sports ye cheekpieces for ye #firstte time, so anudda potentialle green shoot.... #not too sure about that '1st time' c'pcs as ye formbook says she wore em lto... #confusedde.... might well go off shorterre than 7/2, yet, as punters might latch on to jockey here / drop in grade from Cl2 into a Cl3, as well as the v fastte time in whichhe she won lto - which saw her triumph over a v. good yardstickke in Democracy Dilemma

(( EDIT: might've been seeingge thingges what weren't there: racecairdde has Jumbeau down as wearing em - ye cheekpieces- for t'secondde time   :D :D i dinna :? ))

just one pick enuffe 4 me tho.

Glamorous Breeze shouldde be chasing leaderes and hopefully prove good enough....

do me.. price aintte great, so small stakes....

verdikto: GLAMOROUS BREEZE 9/2 €2 WIN

uno pour demain:

not many jumpingge off page, pickerage wise, andde it's only a hopefulle one here :|

Beverley - Good to firm-good in places

1,47

three , four & two are the boxes from whichhe ye winneres o' last three renewals o' thisse race come from, so box three here is green shoote straight off ye batte :)

paper has ISHE WORTH AGAMBLE as a 20/1 shotte.... big price, but hardde to sayye if any value..... Still, if hadde to price him up, i''d be generous as to his chancesse and call him a 14 to 1 poke goingge win only....

..... Ishe Worth Agamble will be havingge his seventhe ever run tomorrow.... Distance-wise, ye pick weren't beat far (1.5Lgths) when finishingge 7th of nine lto at Thirsk when racingge over t'minimumme.....

,,,,,, he chasedde the leader thatte dayye.... Mostte his races have had some sort of 'Soft' in the going description and, seemingly, the softer it is the worser he runnes, so hope is the firmer it is, the better he'll run....

..... ran over 6f at Thirsk last year as a 2yo; that was second ever run, and it saw him gette his bestte finishingge position thus far when comingge fourthhe....

am combinining t'form of bothhe lto run and that 5th July '23 run and an amalgamayseohhne of both those runs is angle i'm taking here, for to try give Tim Eaaterby / Alexander Fielding(8) horse, claims here.... Maybe five furlongges on good to firm going be too sharppe, but maybe notte....

... do me regardless

verdikt: ISHE WORTH AGAMBLE 20/1 €2 WIN = €2 EW

thatte allle,

Hamilton - Good to firm-gpod in places

looked at one at Hamilton:

in 7,15 will go with two CD winners in race what looks wide openne... GANESHA ~ 12/1 & DIGITAL ~14/1... owtte can happen in these sprintte races... Ganesha can go well from holduppe ride, and if winner comes from frontte rankke, then @Digital may well prove bestte of ye frontrunneres .. simple enuffe.....

verdikkt: 7,15 Hamilton GANESHA 18/1 €2.50 EW , DIGITAL 14/1 €2.50 EW

just eight go to postte... hope for no non's

Thu, 27th June

Nottingham - Good to firm-good in places

3,45

one pick here.... just like the restte o' ye fieldde, LUNARSCAPE ~ 12/1, don't appear to have out and outte claimes, but cannae be ruledde out nonetheless, methinkkes....

going on last year's renewalle, which was ran on similar groundde & in a fastte time, it seemethhe thatte being on the pace/race-prominent types can fare well over this extendedde mile... don't appear to be many out-and-out frontrunners here tho....

Taravara ~ 4/1, is the topweightte here and deserves respectte.... last run -which were at course- saw @Taravara come a respectable 4th... that was a Cl5 over almostte 2f further than thisse race; this a Cl6 race, and Taravara is one whatte chasedde leaderes that day, on 5th June..... yep, likes goingge close to pace.... however, in recenttishe previous turffe races o'er ~1m, Simon Pearce horse finishedde no better than 6th... that occurredde in April at Yarmouth...... that was Cl4.... floppedde completely on previousse 1m turf bid - that saw him come lastte of twelve at Newbury in April '23 from hold-uppe ride... plenty of crossbar jobs as well o'er a mile, but mainly on the AW.. Not a massively obvious one.... is droppingge down weights, first time down into a Cl6 and will likely have his supporters... this not obvious one does look mostte likely of ye not obvious <pretty much the whole fieldde> ones   ; andde on overalle formme, looks like a solidde p'pot pick, at very leastte, i spose.... not likingge the price tho, and me jury's outte on whetherre 1m 75yds on turf can see him bestte ye restte,,,, am leaving him off

Butler's Widsor Pass ~14s, has some good 1m Good groundde form from backke in 2021 over here when with Jessie.... to wit: a fewwe 1m crossbar jobs at Leopardstown.... yette to win afterre 20 races.... poor form overalle tho from herre seven runs thus farre for current trainer.... will be her first time tacklingge a mile on turf since goingge to Butler's yardde, and may be heldde uppe in thisse - not sure, can race from anywhere this one... another what's droppingge into Cl6 for firstte time... price looks fine, overall profile not so much.... possible win only pickke...

themme two worth mention i thought,, onto ye pick:

LUNARCAPE has justte the one win from 17 runs - a 2yo Cl4 at Goodwood in August '22.... Bits of form thatte can give her claims are, well, mostte of her 1m runs on ye AW, and might be a bit tenuous, but her hold-up 7th of 13 in a Newbury Cl5 over a mile in June of lastte year wouldde give her fair place claimes anyhowwe... her otherre turf runs over 1m don't read great, but can make excuses for those.. few goes last yr over a mile on turf for her previous trainer E J Houghton aint awe inspiringge for sho  but will make excuses for mostte those regardless: soft ground & tryna make all beingge main ones.... paper has as 12/1 shotte... would have Lunascape as 8/1 shotte meselffe = bitta value

okay, tis ~5:05 in ye pm, Tuesday 25th.... Save Draffte nd revisitte :D

#SD

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

same daye, 7,50pm Tuesday

forgotte look at fav there.... hhmm, hardde to know whatte to mekk o' thisse one :? Covert Legend ~ 3/1.... b'twixt nd between proyce methinkkes.... lightly enough racedde with a single winne from 13 runnes... extendedde mile on Wolves AW where Tjade Collier 4yo gotte offe markke, in April... massive drifterre nto when tacklingge a mile at Thirsk; Wasn't beaten far that day even if finishingge twelfth of 16... hadde no luck at alle, it seems, but was only beatenne a shade over four lengths thenne... can't know how he'd've faredde with ye clearer runne... still thinkke he's slightly suspect over anythingge north of a mile - esp on turf: - goingge on overall form as well as breedingge.. only guessing there.... might be of interest at 4/1 but no' at 3s...

......... if i hadde to price him, i'd go for: 7/2 (W chance) , andde 5/1 (to representte EW claimmes)

~8pm , that's enough look at thatte race..

l/off til tomorrow

#SD

above were me thoughts lastte day or two on a cupla races todayye; Loughnane horse openedde up ~11/2 last nite - waay too short,,, he at a right enough price nigh   all ha's gotta do is winne... Billy mayn't thinkke much o' Lunarscape, as he's going to Leicester today, this eve... = opposite of green shoot   do me anyhooo

 no joye with @Digital   ran a good race afterre poorish start, and even lookedde most likely for a few strides here and there inside final ~300yds... anyhow, finishedde a head second to the well-supportedde and 6f course-recordde holderre, @Jordan Electrics..

.... t'otherre one, Ganesha (5th), ran an alrightte race from holdup ride, but couldn't claw the leaders back, in Hamilton 7,15...

,,, not so sure about the going beingge describedde as 'Good' - must be good to softte, at bestte, imo...

anyhoo, luke forwards

justte t'one race for tomorrow peekedde us intaresstte.... two selections..... prices is fair only, imo....

Fri 28th June

Newcastle - Standard

5,25

VINTAGE CLARETS 7/1,,,, Won lastte yr's renewal of this 5f Cl2 hcap, albeit on Standard / Slow going then... Out of form as of late - with only two places from lastte six runs... angle here is: that CD win was, and still is the only time this Fahey horse has tackledde any kind of all-weather race... will do me... has good draw in box seven - in lastte 6yrs, winner has twice come from that stall....

MOONSTONE BOY 12/1.. probably place claims at best goingge on overall form... lightly raced tho with just the eleven runs to date.... might have improvement in him... will hope he's in ye @frontte rank w/o necessarily trying to make all....think will go win-only on this one; wouldde wantte 14s or bigger going e/w on Jardine horse.... comes outta boxxe nine, which is same stall what lastte yr's winner come out of...

....

verdijt: VINTAGE CLARETS 17/2 €3 EW , MOONSTONE BOY 11/1 €2 WIN

Wolverhampton - Standard

7,40

nine runners due to go to post in this 6f Classified Stakes race.... more'n half t'fieldde are 3 or 4yo's , so aint had much racingge and are open to improvement....

....one of those is ~15/8 fav My Kind Of Girl... short enoughhe..... TC filly has two seconddes from outta her last three runnes, with both those at Brighton, and on ground with not much juice in it..... Has only thirteen runs to her name and a fair few of those have been on the AW, and she's hadde enough goes at Wolves w/o ever really threatening to win... difficult to make a case for her here... should be 5/2 or biggerre imo, so too short to back anyway...

Scott Dixon's Rebel Redemption ~6/1 is a two time CD winner, and looks most likely to go make running - drawn in box seven so thatte's hardly guaranteed.. 7lb claiming Apprentice Mikkel Mortenson gets mount for secondde time... finishedde sixth over CD about a yr ago when youngge jock got leg up for t'firstte time, and i don't think he'll be good or crafty enough for to steal this one from front- if he sends his mount on... mebbe back to lay in-running in hope

pen landed on DAMIA ~6/1.. this one has had many homes thus far for a 3yo... just eleven runs and will be having her first run for latestte trainer, R Ingram.... Rhiain -presumably trainer's daughter- takes mount here and her claim takes 3lbs off horse's back.. not exactly world's best pilot me reckons

........... anyroadde, pick has a good draw in box one here, is a good price, and the form of her fifth lto at Bath -over extendedde 5fs- and her 2nd at Lingfield, over 6f, the time before thatte, read well enough here.... will hope to see this one running from off the pace and gette ye splits when needed... looks to me to be a 4/1 or 9/2 shot this one.... ~3mths layoff and jockey booking are minor negatives

go with two picks here... a three year old Handicap o'er a trippe <9'5f> is usually of intarestte, esp as the quality is low-grade and cases can oft be made for ones at a price....

Cerulean Summer ~8/1, is worth a mention ; so there, she's mentioneddde :D :D lto run, which were at the course over ~1f shorter would give her claimes here.... She made up groundde that day late on, and a replication would gi'e her more'n a squeak.. upped in trippe tho, so there's thatte too.... inconclusive. topweight in handicap is oftenne a good barometer, and if ya can make case, then surely 8/1 is good price... i can't, so'll leave offe... if ya does fancy, then ya might consider this one to be a sixes shot, or shorter.... value picks lose too   not putting anyone off... might include in a combi tricast or smth....

les pickes:

BITCOIN PROFIT ~20/1 EW... a winner at the course three runnes back over the extendedde mile; floppedde twice afterre that run at two different courses.... prior to that win over Wolves' 1m. 142yds trip, Maxwell Young's geldingge finishedde 2nd at the course over 7fs.... seems to like trips of 7f+ at this course... enough to like - esp at twenty's..... trainer don't train many winners, so a lil bit of a negative that.....

GARDEN VIEW ~ 10/1 EW.... the Usher filly ran a poor race lto over CD when comingge ninth of thirteen at endde of last month.... yet to win after nine runs, but not too hard to see her involvedde.... she ran close to pace last time, so probably that didn't help... is drawn widest of all here in box 13... might be a help that tho... her second lst run -over the extended mile- suggests she can go close from a hold-up ride, and she'll surely have to be held up comingge from 13 box.... seeing out trip a '?' tbs, but won't worry too much about that as 10s a fair price... not outstandingge value but worth an each way go... think 10s is fair going each way, and mebbe 7s is about her win price....

those'll do me

:)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

that^^^ were us draffte earlier doors..... 1 r 2 price differences; won't botherre changingge txt now    was gonna bk Damia win only, but price is tasty so goingge each weighhe :D

anyroadde, le verdiktos :

7,40 Wolves DAMIA €3 EW 10/1

8.40 GARDEN VIEW 10/1 €2.50 EW , BITCOIN PROFIT €2.50 EW 20./1 & CERULEAN SUMMER €2 EW 14/1

already money for three of those, misssedde em slightly bigga prices tho :D :D  Damia were 14s , Bitcoin Profit 25s & Cerulean Summer (temptingge at ye prices, so's i'll inkliood Cunha beast an' alle  ) were 16s

mebbe three e/w dbles for shrapnelle an' alle

justte ye one race of interestte here....

Salisbury - Good to firm-good in places

7,05

in this race, the 8/15 paper favourite Dream Voyage was consideredde good enough to tackle a Cl2 Fillies' Maiden at headuarters earlier diss month, on her debut.. she come thirdde that day over 6fs... not a bad performance tbf.. race was ran on Good to Soft; ye Going is a bit firmer here... anyhowwe, i think there's reasons to oppose: going by le breedingge angle, Sire: Kingman & Damsire: Galileo, i'm thinkingge <more guessing :D > this one wants further...

don't know what price i'd have Dream Voyage at, but 8/15 sho' do look a tad skinny... if can lay at ~8/11 or shorter, then thatte's what me'll likely do... I think fav shouldde be 5/4 or bigger, but i would, on accountte of not beingge able to make any kinda strong case for her :| :P

..... can see why it's a short price; the otherre racedde ones don't have much in the line of any strong form as regards their winning chances here, albeit none of them have hadde more'n the sole run apiece...

might could be one of the shortish priced newcomers couldde prevail here...

atm, paper has TROPICAL HEAT and TRUE POWER @ 5s & 11/2 - thinkke they was both ~7/1 shots in same 'paper' < for 'paper, read intanette racecardde - last nightte.... they appeal more to me than @Dream Voyage anyhow....

possible verdikt: prices not in yet.. possibly lay fav for win & 2 places for ~half a fiver on each ; and go 2 or 3 yoyo e/w- or straightte win- on the two picks, dependingge on they prices

green shoots be: horse what finished 2nd ahead of Dream Voyage in her maiden Maiden, Adoon Valley, flopped the week afterre when going off a very short price.... Other 'green shoot' is less of a green shoot; on a/c of Hannon pulling out the once-racedde Halfeti don't necessarily mean his True Power is the one to be on.... could be any amt of reasons why his other declared one was pulled... but'll look to the positives :D

nine runners due to go to post in this 6f Classified Stakes race.... more'n half t'fieldde are 3 or 4yo's , so aint had much racingge and are open to improvement....

....one of those is ~15/8 fav My Kind Of Girl... short enoughhe..... TC filly has two seconddes from outta her last three runnes, with both those at Brighton, and on ground with not much juice in it..... interstingge tho that @Rebel Redemption a non-runnerre there. hmmm .... one wonderres ;) ;) .... winner probably entitliledde to winn, albeitte outta ye blue, on overall form, and prolly well handicappedde ect on accountta being lightly enough racedde 4yo - esp at thisse lowly levelle... one wonderes if he'd a wonne if Dixon horse had tekken partte, and leadededdde his ownselffe... put thatte in notebook in us noggin, fwiw
