My big question about that size of roof would be can the local electrical network infrastructure take that much power?
A guestimate would be you have the potential to produce 40KW an hour. There are plenty of rural transformers that are smaller than that.

I asked him that, as I'd read recently about our local windfarm having to "inject" their output into a substation about 30km away ... but he said it's a pretty modest production by rural (French) standards and is well within the local network's capacity. That'd make sense - most of the new barns around here are nothing more than giant solar panel arrays on stilts, accompanied by a meter box on the side of the road. He did specify, however, that it'd require an upgrade to a triphase supply.
