Looks like somewhere Asiatic, judging by the pergola-temple-thingy visible towards the end.

I love driving roads like that, and when they're really narrow, I'd nearly be more comfortable reversing than going forwards - wing mirrors let you see exactly how many millimetres clearance you've got.
