You'd need to look are the demographics for EVs different than for ICE cars. I don't there's think much difference in what I've seen.

If an EV is practical or not should be obvious based on it's own characteristics. Why you look past all that to look for something else I don't understand.

Well, time for an update. I'm back in Spain (apologies to the GUBU overlord for zombie thread resurrection). In the 6 months, the difference is huge. I've seen a few Tesla's (probably more than home) as well as the run of the mill VW IDwhatever, Hyundai & Kia whatever their small "SUV" Thingy is called, 208's etc.

What a difference a few months can bring (and going south to Granada, Cordoba, Seville, etc)
