21.19 and after a prolonged bout of calling an unidentifiable Osprey touched down briefly beside the nest and vanished equally rapidly. Calm restored but possibly an intruder..

And the bad news keeps on coming....



While at another nearby, and long established, Osprey nest site at Loch Garten has also succumbed to infighting between the occupiers and interlopers - all 3 eggs lost here in the last couple of days.
