Tubridy is toast, Duffy recently signed a 3 year contract but will probably be sent out to pasture once that's expired.

A lot of the old guard probably know the jig is up. If it's not the whole thing needs to be disbanded, public service broadcasting should be for the public who fund it, not the "stars" sucking the teat dry.

RTE are outsourcing world news to the woke elite. That’s what we’re paying for. Like this shit from Reuters that appeared in dozens of online publications around the same time(first example I picked from the world news section of rte)

They also include a paragraph that is completely at odds with the headline and main body of the story, just slipped right in there.

This is what the headline used to say “Ukraine troops retake village south of Bakhmut, military says” and the main body of the article has changed dramatically. An article that they still admit they are unable to verify.
