Movies - the Greatest Car Chase scene?
Growing up the one to watch was in "Bullitt" (1968) featuring the famous Ford Mustang scene with Steve McQueen and while it is still a classic it was completely eclipsed by the car chase in "Ronin" (1998) with Robert De Niro. Incidentally, "Ronin" was directed by the great John Frankenheimer who really knew about making movies with realistic action and if you've seen the classic war movie "The Train" (1964) you'll know what I mean!

I'm another that is going to vote for Bullett and Ronin.
Blues Brothers is another car chase I enjoy simply from a slapstick perspective

This one is epic!
C'était un rendez-vous (English: It Was a Date) is a 1976 French short film directed by Claude Lelouch, showing a high-speed drive through Paris.

What's Up Doc - some really great choreography of action and comedy.
Can't find any more than the first half on YT:
I made a pilgrimage of sorts to various locations used in this sequence (or rather the ones in the second half, some used at the time without permission)
Edit: Aha ! Found part two, under a non-obvious title -

I remember reading somewhere that for some of the scenes where DeNero is driving the 406, it was a dual control car and the stunt driver was in the passenger seat, driving. DeNero was supposed to be scared shirtless and this can be seen a small bit when he's following the movements of the steering wheel.
Also, it made the first Audi S8 cool....
