You should be banned for mentioning the great Clint Eastwood in the same post as John Wayne.

Mod: banned. Back seat moderating, being a dick, going off topic and having bad taste. Come back in 2 years and 8 months when you’ve had time to think about it. Any of the rest of you want a ban then please pm me about this but do not reply in thread.
Re: Really, really boring movies!
Any movie with Jennifer Aniston in almost guaranteed to be crap but this topped them all. Yet they keep making them, like all the movies with the muscle men like Stallone, Scwarzenegger, Van Damme and Segal, most of the muscle is between their ears.

Straight to jail dont pass GO.
I like the films above.
Also, as an example
The Searchers
Rio Bravo
Open Range
Dances with Wolves
Wyatt Earp
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
Pale Rider
For a Few Dollars More.
Another thing - the Duke would whoop Clint back to San Francisco.
Yeah I went there.

Re: Really, really boring movies!
I didn't like Braveheart for two reasons:
1) I like Mel Gibson and so didn't want to see him get killed.
2) I don't like to see the Brits shown up as a bunch of meanies.
- otherwise it was a great movie and certainly not boring.
Patrick McGoohan ("The Prisoner") was superb in it as Edward "Longshanks".
"Unforgiven" must also surely rate as one of the greatest Westerns ever?

Any of the John Wick films. Could never finish any of them. 4 Weddings and a Funeral or any romantic comedy come to think of it. Blair Witch Project, another hyped up pile of shite.
Re: Really, really boring movies!
Agree with The Great Gatsby. Its a fantastic novel but one that doesn't seem to translate well on the screen
Re: Really, really boring movies!
The Macintosh man: Paul Newman runs around a small village on the mid 1970's as a confused spy. A manor house gets burnt down.
