G'way outta that. It'll be Christmas until the last slice of the Christmas cake The Mammy baked for me is gone, and I've only started into the second third of it.

I'm down to my last couple of portions of pud but I've a second jar of brandy butter to start - may have to track down another pud from somewhere.

I’ll be cutting silage in June and the horn for Christmas pudding willl still be there.

Late for the 12 days but just to note I bought a new kind of potato I have not seen before called Golden Belle. Can't even see it online. It was in a shop in Northern Ireland. Have had them baked and mashed so far over the last week. They are maybe the best tasting potatoes I have ever eaten. Yellow flesh, almost buttery flavour. Hope there's more left when I go back next week!
Thinking out loud, and trying to be occasionally less wrong...
