Gluten free

I thought to post here as always on the look out for Gluten Free (GF) items to buy. There used to be a great forum on the Coeliac Society years back with plenty of topics including travel, eating out etc. There are always new GF items appearing in supermarkets but can be hard to find unless you know to look for example frozen things in the freezer area away from GF bread which can be separate from biscuits.

Was in a Iceland branch ( they usually have 'emergency' bricks of UHT ) and was amused to see GF for less than 'contaminated' black & white puddings

Its years since I ate this sort of stuff co please dont take this as a recco.

Some really nice biscuits etc in the Lidl 'special' gluten free offerings this week. A new brand I have not see before called Sonday. Even had 'sponge fingers' so that is Christmas pud sorted = tiramasui as it is into 2023 for date.
