Any body into these, Am stuck making these for my significant other half, don't mind as they only take a few minutes.
1 am doing at the moment is
300ml of oatmilk
2tbs oatflks
1tbs peanut butter
1 banana
1tsp of mixed seeds
1/2 tsp chia seeds
Good handful of frozen berries
Job done.
Just after doing a Nutella shake for tomorrow
300ml of full fat milk
1 banana
4tbs of Nutella.
My favourite one is
300ml of milk
1 tsp of Coffee granules
1 full scoop of vanilla whey powder.
What are you putting in your shakes.

Thise are serious drinks there.
I'm doing something similar for health reasons but like to keep it as simple as possible.
Every morning I use the Nutribullet to make a drink from:
Carrots
Ginger
Cucumber
Water
I want to add one with Kale and green veg next since my diet is missing these in a big way. Any suggestions?

I don't use veg in mine, i think i seen in Aldi frozen kale, might be of use, instead of water why not try apple or carrot juice.
Yea there is a lot in mine, i used to take in sandwiches to work but now i just have a Smoothie instead.
