No pic of the curry however it was fantastic. Leftovers went to the freezer for later this week and I’ll try remember take a photo.

Tonight is again homemade, carrot and coriander soup with a tin of butter beans added for a bite.

I had a chicken fillet with coleslaw and cheese on wholemeal bread. Not much else but I'm now tucking in to a homemade sponge cake with cream and peach filling. I maybe tucking into this all night going by the taste of it :)

Worked late tonight, very late. A few slices of boiled ham between bread with mustard and a cup of tea.

Picked up some pork chops in the local butcher and he stuck some gorgeous seasoning on them, had them with spuds from the garden, carrots and green beans

Tonight I’m remaking the curry I had from last weekend. Considering that it’s essentially fat free it’s absolutely gorgeous.

Hard to motivate myself for cooking at the moment - tonight was a carbohydrate overload - garlic potatoes, white baps with too much butter, followed by several cups of tea and a bar of dark KitKat. I'm on a bit of a health binge at the moment.

Pasta bake for me this evening. Few cherry tomatoes thrown in from the garden. Hit the spot.

Nearly the same as yourself except it was lamb chops instead of the fish.

Coca Cola chicken (no sugar version) and substituted the dried herbs for our garden ones. With it we had Aldi’s prepared lemongrass and chilli rice. I must say it was lovely.

Well in my case I wouldn't subject my fellow posters to my non existent culinary presentation skillz... it's just all heaped on a plate here and scoffed down as quickly as possible...
