What are your favourite foods from Chinese takeaways?

Mine is a Singapore Chow Mein.

For those who don't know what it is, It's a spicy Chow Mein with Beef, Chicken and prawns.

Its hard to get a good choice for vegetarian but I do like crunchy things like water chestnuts and beansprouts. Its been years since I ate Chinese takeaway. Would go for Indian in preference. I could murder a masala dosa right now. But it would be lovely to hear about good vegetarian options in Chinese restaurants.

Involves either beef or duck. Black bean sauce.. I can never exactly remember what I have ordered as I only order after a night out. I might order a takeout now that 8ve read all the yummy posts
