Some of the types I've seen at car boot sales are more likely to have cleared out someone else's gaff.

Driving up the hill from Bray to Greystones yesterday and the Gardaí had pulled a white van just after the roundabout at Southern Cross. There was some amount of tools and other household items strewn over the footpath behind the van. Obviously a multi skilled tradesman as I could see a cement mixer, a couple of sinks, a chop saw, some drills and routers and various hand tools, all boxed, so seems to have had a slow time during the pandemic.
You'd think the Garda would have more to do than harass honest tradesmen as they went about their business, especially as he had brought his wife and kids along to appreciate his skills.
