I've been on the look out for some dividers to better sort out my collection. I hate the idea of destroying records to make dividers so I kept searching.
This guy has a very cheap and easy idea:
I'm gonna pick up 2 dozen placemats and some stickers. If you cut them in 'L' shapes you could get 2 from every 1 placemat. The long side at the back and the short side sticking out.

Re: Cheap and easy DIY record dividers
Update: I ended up finding thin plastic cutting boards that come in 2 pks. It's $1.50 a pack so I am able to get 40 out of the 10 packs I bought. Add in the labels and markers and it's still less than $20 for 40 dividers!
