"Edge of Darkness" 1985 - great BBC TV series and the soundtrack by Eric Clapton was just so perfect for the sinister plot.

Sammy Davis Jr's cover of Shaft Theme is brilliant. Always gets a good reaction on dancefloor.

Superfly is a great soundtrack; have bought it three times now.

Another classic here:

"Get Carter" (1971) a classic British gangster movie starring Michael Caine.

"Once Upon a Time in the West" (1968) theme by Ennio Morricone.



and from the movie the incredible 'man with harmonica theme'.
