Put together a couple of shooting boards last week to replace one I’ve used for years and which was getting a bit beaten up and tired. A basic one for use with whatever plane is handy, a more advanced one to use the Veritas shooting plane, track and adjustable fence. Both do the job very nicely but the Veritas setup is a massive jump up in quality overall.
