Sorry to start on a sour note, but it's not looking too much like there will be a Santa rally this year... we're getting an altogether crappy present with a "new variant" scare today. FTSE down about 3.5%, my portfolio is down about 1.9%.

Yeah I've got out of trading stocks and just do crypto at the moment.

I've a few shares in different companies and money in linked funds. I take a more long term view. Yes when Covid first hit and the world locked down I was down quite a bit of money. At the moment, I've more than made up the losses. So yes there will be a short blip but I'm not that worried.

Nearly everyone is down YTD, low single digits for me which is ok
