What is the best ETF to track the S&p 500.

I want one that is UCITS
Physical replication
None distributing
Currency ( not sure how to play this one )
Low cost of course

Are you comfortable with the tax implications? As well as being costly, they can be a massive headache. This largely negates (for me) the "hassle free" appeal of open-ended funds.
