Re: Manchester United Club Thread v1
yeah but why should they leave a well paying job? even if they aren't playing football, they are under no obligation to leave, and Lingard seems to be doing just that.
Again, you can't force them out
you are moving the goalposts by the way

The answer is to drop Fred and try Donny until McTominay is fit again, or else Matic. Basically anyone but Fred. The lad tries his best but isn't good enoughHodors Appletart wrote: ↑Mon Aug 30, 2021 9:37 am Fred/Pogba should never again be the midfield 2, and Fred can't do it by himself clearly.
Whatever about the arrival of Ronaldo, United will continue to play like this until the glaring hole in the centre is addressed, the whole team and performance was unbalanced because of it.
I don't know what the answer should have been yesterday, but United's best team at the moment should have Pogba on the left of the three behind the #9 and not have him trying to contribute defensively. I think Greenwood needs to play every game, but there are too many players competing for positions in that attacking 4, and I don't know what Martial was supposed to be doing yesterday but he needs to be shipped out asap.
United were blessed Wolves can't finish.

Fred and MCtom are not dcms, matic is the only one, need a new signing in there,Donny must be shit in training,he's not getting near the team,no Matter who is injury,OLE has to grow a pair and get rid of the players that have no future

Re: Manchester United Club Thread v1
all he can do is not play players he doesn't rate, ie, VDB, which he has no problem doing
what, exactly, else does "grow a pair" entail, he let Lingard go out on loan.
Matic is a DM, but hasn't the legs to play every match, so is not an answer

Buy a player in that position,it's crying out for a real DCM for last few years, there is a number of players he could go for, won't be near a league with that midfield and ole needs to grow a pair and drop fred and try some of the young lads out there if he's not going to buy

That's a smashing price for someone that's obviously never going to be at the required standard. Few quid for a signing in January maybe depending on how the seasons going.

So the king returns on Saturday. Newcastle are in the toilet currently with only 1 point and 8 goals conceded so we should be spanking them. Imagine the atmosphere at a full OT to see him coming out on the pitch!!!

I'm hoping to be able to get a stream to watch it after work!

Sancho wasn't great, Pogba was good second half. Ronaldo, what can you say, some man. Two cracking goals from Jessie and Bruno to round it off. Good win but we never really clicked, deep sitting teams still causing us alot of problems but Ronaldo could be key to unlocking them, he has the killer instinct that everyone bar Cavani have. Mason had another solid game too.

Looked shakey in defence I thought. Matic want great, really could do with a good DM player. But it's the result that matters

I think VDB needs to dye his hair. Teammates never seem to pass to him when he's in a good position..

And that's why utd will never win anything with OLE as manager,no balls, try to sit back for 45 mins against a team like that, even with 10 men,a disgrace of a result,he reminds me of Southgate a clown
