I'm talking the likes of Wimbedon Tennis tieing in with IBM since I was small. A television ad was run by ibm in a tennis court like this.
Then, more locally the IRFU spending serious money with the likes of Vodafone with the rugby player pics.
Personally I find the Rugby Vodafone ads cringeworthy more than anything.
Is there any sports tie in with a tech company that gets up your grot?

Sports organisations who "go to bed" with tech companies
Re: Sports organisations who "go to bed" with tech companies
It's probably the one you mentioned.
The Vodafone IRFU is horrible.
The twee 'team of us' slogan and the pandering ads.
The red logo on the jersey looks wrong too.
I watch rugby and really think the way this partnership is advertised puts people off the sport.
