Having embrace Emporer Palpitine's words...."Let the Hate Flow Through You" I can heartily recommend this Video.
I have an Asus Rog Stric 1704 and it must be always plugged in because of a fukup with the battery firmware some time ago, on Asus part. Also on the same machine,the SD card reader only words with certain cards, not according to Class either.

Not as bad as all those mobos with dodgy Chinese electrolytic capacitors about 15 years ago but what happens if the power fails?
