Biden’s administration is suing Musk’s “X” for not hiring illegal workers. Musk claims he’s just following the law that requires only permanent residents be allowed to work in advanced weapon programs, in fact they openly advertised this. (Export control laws)

This comes just a month after a judge prohibited the Biden administration from working with social media companies after it was seen to have overstepped during the Covid hysteria.
