Found phone fell out of someones pocket, cycling probably. Smashed up by cars driving on it.
Still has sim and probably intact photos on SD.
How would I got about finding the owner?

Might be able to send the IMEI number on the SIM card (I think that’s what it’s called) to the big providers - they probably won’t give it to you but might contact them ?

Worth trying to use the SIM card in another phone to see if there are any contacts stored on it. If so, send a few of them the same message, something along the lines of "the phone with this number was found (badly damaged) on Wherever Street; if you recognise the number and can get in touch with the owner in another way, please get them to call me on ..."
