Rusty lug nuts - how to get the last three off?

The MGB is one of the worst cars I’ve worked on for bodywork (and suspension despite how simple it looks). The sills especially are a pain.

they are all a pain when there is rust to deal with. I am currently working on a vw type 3 squareback, rotten to the core. Replacement panels , if you can sorce them are 1500 per wheel bulkhead. You would need to see a couple of kidneys to buy one. And mine have had some Jameson passed through them on occasion, so i doubt they are worth a lot to anyone else
