Still plenty of Christmas cheer - and the decorations to go with it - here in continental Europe. These pics were taken a month ago, but (apart from the Advent/Christmas market stalls) are still up and lit every evening.
Just about every town and village I've driven through this weekend is still dressed in full festive décor, and with good reason - 'tis party season! One of the things I really enjoy about continental life, compared to the "Twelfth-Night-strip-it-all-down" tradition of Britain and Ireland.
