That's right due to the presence of a certain chemical in all humbrol enamel paint they contravene some EU regulation.
No more fresh supplies being imported by marks models or art and hobby or anybody else because, kids, they're verboten.
You have been warned.
Humbrol enamels gave the most authentic finish for my models anyway.
