Haven't even looked at who I got on the auto pick. Way too early Looking forward to this year, but was I glad of the break though after last season....

2273 - last season was my best finish in 15 seasons.

I was toying with my team some more last night the more I look into it the more I wonder about Chelsea and City.

I started with KDB and possibly Dias but soon moved them on Chelseas fixtures ain't great either and no one really stands out.

I need to see more from them to know what to do but atm I see no point in dropping Salah and Bruno or Shaw and Trent to bring in city or Chelsea lads.

Surely the reigning Premier League and Champions League winners are fixture proof ?

It’s the possible rotation that would concern me the most.

Those squads have got to be 2 of the most complete squads we have ever seen in the premier league. That along with Pep and Tuchel loving a bit of first 11 randomness would be my concern.

The player I’d most like to own is Foden but he hasn’t made it in to any draft as I can’t handle the possible rotation. Dias is the only one I’d seriously consider owning.

Have 7.5m to play around with to look for a striker, a lot to choose from, at the moment im between two minds of Antonio and Nacho...possibly considering Jimenez as a bit of a differential off the start

Id give Jimenez a few games see how he performs plus he has some great fixtures than which could fit perfectly with that!

I'm on Watkins atm but might change with Ings coming in for Villa. Antonio might not be a bad shout or maybe even Wilson if you wanna be wild

I have Toney myself as my cheap forward I'm hoping he will be the big bargain this season.

I have Toney myself, Toney and Calvert-Lewin, but that could change yet. Wilson is dodgy, i do think he'll score but Newcastle will struggle this year big time i think.

Think I'm going to settle with what I have now. Happy enough overall, and played it pretty safe to a certain extent, which is wise at this stage. Really don't want to be playing catch up from early on!

A high scoring week.... for most for Gameweek 1. It'll be very interesting to see how many teams make a quick jump onto the Pogba bandwagon for the next round. I'm going to stick to what I decided and make minimal changes for the first few weeks. Happy enough with my 89 point return.
