A CONTINUING SERIES HIGHLIGHTING ISRAELI HEINOUS CRIMES... PART OF THE NATIONAL ZIONIST GOVERNMENT'S POLICY...

*ISRAEL IS NOT A CIVILISED DEMOCRACY*

OVER THE SUMMER, THESE 3 BRAVE PALESTINIAN BOYS WERE ABDUCTED BY ISRAELI FORCES (IDF) WHILE SEEKING AID AT A US ADMINISTERED GAZA HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION (GHF) SITE

Mohammad Nael Khamis Al-Zoghbi, aged 17;
Faris Ibrahim Faris Abu Jabal, aged 16; and
Mahmoud Hani Mohammad Al-Majayda, aged 17

THE BOYS WERE TRANSPORTED OUTSIDE GAZA TO THE NOTORIOUS HELLHOLE OF SDE TEIRMAN, AN ISRAELI MILITARY DETENTION CAMP LOCATED IN THE NEGEV DESERT, SOUTHERN ISRAEL, WHERE THEY WERE STARVED AND TORTURED

THESE 3 TEENAGERS ARE FACING A LIFETIME OF RECOVERY AFTER THEIR BARBARIC TREATMENT AT THE HANDS OF ISRAELI FORCES’ TORTURE

BELOW ARE THEIR HARROWING STORIES:

“The prison is inside me”

‘Three released Palestinian boys abducted, tortured by Israeli forces while seeking aid’

"Defense for Children International - Palestine (DCIP) is an independent, local Palestinian child rights organization dedicated to defending and promoting the rights of children living in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip."

"We remain the only Palestinian human rights organization specifically focused on child rights."

“Ramallah, November 13, 2025—Three Palestinian boys from Gaza released by Israeli forces during the recent prisoner exchange were abducted while seeking aid and subsequently tortured.

“Defense for Children International - Palestine field researchers interviewed three Palestinian boys who were released into Gaza by Israeli forces on October 13 as part of a truce agreement between Israeli forces and Palestinian armed groups.
....

“Palestinian children are being brutally tortured by Israeli soldiers while the United States continues sending weapons and funding in support of Israel’s genocide against the Palestinian people,” said Ayed Abu Eqtaish, accountability program director at DCIP . “These three boys, alongside countless others, are facing a lifetime of recovery from Israeli forces’ torture. Israeli soldiers and officials must be held accountable for their pain.”

Faris Abu Jabal, 16.

^ "16-year-old Faris was abducted by Israeli forces while searching for aid with his father alongside about 25 other Palestinians near the Morag corridor the morning of September 11, according to documentation collected by DCIP. An Israeli soldier interrogated Faris, severely beating him after binding his hands and forcing him onto his knees.

“He struck my forehead so hard that it split open and required stitches,” Faris told DCIP. After the interrogation, the soldier blindfolded Faris and threw him into a hole, where soldiers kicked him and other detainees. The next morning, Israeli forces transported them out of Gaza to Sde Teiman in southern Israel, with a stop at the Karem Abu Salem crossing, where detainees were ordered to disembark and strip naked. Israeli soldiers dressed them in white coveralls and forced them to lie on their stomachs on the ground for an hour, during which soldiers kicked and abused them.

“Faris was placed in a cell with Palestinian adults for four days before being transferred to a cell for children which held about seven of them. After this, Faris was subjected to another brutal interrogation, during which he was handcuffed to a chair with his hands bound behind his back and his legs bound to the legs of the chair. Each time Faris answered, “I don’t know,” to an interrogator’s question, another interrogator beat his head and legs.
....

Starry: As a punishment, approximately a week before Faris’ release, he was suspended in the air, a metre off the ground, for 7 days. Faris said he had verbally reacted with a torrent of curses to provocations after his jailer showed him - through Faris' cell window - a fake photo of his mother lying with a soldier.

“Our soldiers raped and killed your mother and sisters”

“They bound my hands above my head and my legs below, each with a separate cuff, raising me about a meter off the ground,” Faris recounted. “Occasionally, they would strike my legs. I wet myself frequently during that time. They beat me with clubs on my legs and hurled vulgar insults at me, such as son of a bitch and other terms that I prefer not to repeat.

IDF MAJOR GENERAL YIFAT TOMER-YERUSHALMI LEAKED A 15 MINUTES GANG RAPE VIDEO TO ISRAELI N12 NEWS - SHOWING SOLDIERS RAPING AND ASSAULTING A DETAINED GAZA PALESTINIAN WITH A METAL ROD AT SDE TEIRMAN PRISON CAMP

2 CABINET MINISTERS AND A LIKUD LAWMAKER JUSTIFIED IN THE KNESSET THAT IT WAS ACCEPTABLE TO ANALLY RAPE MALE PRISONERS - THIS IS GUTTING THEM

IT’S ISRAELI POLICY

THE SOLDIERS IMPALED PRISONERS SIMILARLY TO ‘VLAD THE IMPALER,’ UPON WHOM THE LEGEND OF DRACULA WAS BORN. THIS TORTURE TAKES HOURS

‘Israel’s divisions and decay’

‘As Israel’s far-right ministers defend even the most blatant and revolting crimes, Chris Bambery analyses the descent of the country and its political system’

Analysis by Chris Bambery, 5 November 2025
https://www.counterfire.org/article/isr ... and-decay/

“The Israeli Defence Force’s top military legal officer, military advocate general, Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi, has been arrested and held in prison after she admitted leaking video footage of Israeli soldiers raping and assaulting a detained Palestinian from Gaza. The victim was hospitalised with broken ribs, a punctured lung and rectal damage, according to the indictment against the soldiers.

The video footage shows soldiers gang raping a Palestinian detainee with a metal rod that caused the injuries to his anus and lungs. A doctor at Sde Teiman who examined a detainee who suffered sexual abuse stated, ‘I couldn’t believe an Israeli prison guard could do such a thing.’
....

“Israel’s finance minister, Bezalel Smotrich, far from denouncing the rape, said that ‘IDF soldiers deserve respect’ and must not be treated as ‘criminals’.

National Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, who is responsible for the prison service, told Israeli media on the day of the reservists’ arrest that it was ‘shameful’ for Israel to arrest ‘our best heroes’. Smotrich’s video message went on to demand ‘an immediate criminal investigation to locate the leakers of the trending video that was intended to harm the reservists and that caused tremendous damage to Israel in the world and to exhaust the full severity of the law against them.’

Ben-Gvir claimed that any action, even gang rape, is permissible if it is undertaken for the security of the state.

“When an Arab MP, Ahmad Tibi, asked in the Israeli Knesset if it was legitimate ‘to insert a stick into a person’s rectum’, [lawmaker] Hanoch Milwidsky, a member of Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu’s ruling Likud party, responded: If he is a Nukhba [Hamas militant], everything is legitimate to do! Everything!’

ISRAELI PM BENJAMIN NETANYAHU WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT WHO LEAKED THE VIDEO OF GANG RAPES OF DETAINEES - BY IDF - AT SDE TEIRMAN PRISON THAN PROSECUTING THE CRIMINALS

Bibi is always saying “We are engaged in the battle of civilisation against barbarism’

BUT now that the leaked video has gone viral internationally, the National Zionist government will be seen as the barbarians they are:

Israel is not a civilised democracy..

Human Rights watchdog B’Tselem Report ‘Welcome to Hell’, The Israeli Prison System as a Network of Torture Camps (August 2024)

“Welcome to Hell” is a report on the abuse and inhuman treatment of Palestinians held in Israeli custody since 7 October 2023. B’Tselem collected testimonies from 55 Palestinians held during that time and released, almost all with no charges. Their testimonies reveal the outcomes of the rushed transformation of more than a dozen Israeli prison facilities, military and civilian, into a network of camps dedicated to the abuse of inmates as a matter of policy. Facilities in which every inmate is deliberately subjected to harsh, relentless pain and suffering operate as de-facto torture camps.:

I had considered the duplicate nature of this and figured if it is to be a general discussion about Israeli politics and policy etc it's fine, but if just turns into more of the same specifically about the current conflict then it will be merged.

Israel as a democracy

1. Regular, competitive elections; Israel holds frequent multiparty elections with high voter turnout and real competition.
2. Independent judiciary; The Supreme Court has historically had strong independence and the power to review government actions.
3. Free press and civil society; Israel maintains a vibrant press, active NGOs, and open criticism of the government.
4. Protection of many civil liberties; Freedom of speech, religion, assembly, and political organization are legally protected for citizens.
5. Peaceful transfers of power; Governments change via elections without coups or military intervention.

Israeli contributions to the civilised world

Israel is widely recognized for outsized contributions in agriculture, water management, technology, medicine, and scientific research—especially given its small population and harsh climate.
  • Drip Irrigation (Netafim); Invented in Israel in the 1960s.
  • Recycled Wastewater for Agriculture; Israel reuses over 80% of its wastewater—the highest in the world.Provides a model for sustainable agriculture in water-scarce countries.
  • Desert Agriculture Techniques; High-yield crops in saline soil. Greenhouses using minimal water. Climate-controlled dairy farming (Israel maintains some of the world’s most productive cows).
  • Israel is a global leader in water management, crucial for a region with limited freshwater. Without Israeli water management the Palestinian population couldn’t possible have ballooned to what it is today.
  • Biotechnology list too long to mention.
  • Technology; USB flash drive (developed by Israeli company M-Systems). Intel chips (some of their most advanced processors designed in Israel) Waze navigation app (acquired by Google) Mobileye: world-leading driver-assistance/vision systems Firewall technology and early cybersecurity innovations
Israel has also produced a remarkable amount of Nobel prize laureates relative to its population, with advances in many fields. Their population of Jews, Druze, Muslims and Christians enjoy the most free society in the Middle East. The only difference between 48’ Arabs and everyone else with regards with the law is that the ‘48 Arabs don’t have to serve in the military if they choose not to, everyone other person must.

ISRAEL IS A CIVILISED DEMOCRACY*

The advocates for this propaganda will argue that Israel is not a civilised democracy because “look what happened in Gaza during the last two years.”

If any other country, civilised or not, had experienced the horrors of Oct.7th would they have acted any differently?

They had the abductors of their innocent civilians promise to repeat this atrocity over and over. They had their innocent civilians being raped and tortured in terror tunnels by blood thirsty terrorists.

There have been thousands of stories of revenge in human history that led to war and grief, many started by the abduction of only one person, Hamas took hundreds. See Rape of Persephone. When Hamas took hostages they knew exactly what they were doing. They provoked the response.

Israel were seeking revenge on Hamas, a terrorist organization who are deeply embedded in one of the most densely populated regions on earth, in civilian infrastructure, who refuse to distinguish themselves from civilians by wearing uniforms. They fire rockets at Israel from hospitals and schools and then retreat back to their terror tunnels.

Tell me who would have acted different? Had a member of your own family been kidnapped, would you care about their political cause?

The removal of Hamas serves Israel’s goals but it also serves the Palestinians who have been living under their iron fist for 20 years as conditions continually deteriorate.

68,000 died. We’ve heard cries of famine, genocide and ethnic cleansing for two years but in reality there was a lot of civilians being moved around while Hamas was fighting against the IDF. That’s what’s been happening. There were nearly as many deaths in Sudan last week as there were in Gaza for two years. Pools of blood were visible in satellite imagery from space.
