There’s a reason Enoch is still being paid by that school.
That's in America. A different jurisdiction. And as much as people don't like it, Enoch is in and out of prison because of contempt of court. That's it.

Yep. That he is in prison for contempt. That is it. The courts don't take contempt lightly. He doesn't have to go to prison, he chooses to.

It does not matter. I'd imagine a lot of people who are in contempt of court find themselves in that position on a point of principle, to their mind anyway.
