Safefood have been running ads online, on the radio and on the TV for the past decade but they haven't done anything to fix the problem. In countries like Mexico, they're beginning to put restrictions on food advertising and sales to help fix Mexico's issues with public health.

What are your suggestions on how to end this crisis and how would you implement them?

Walk down the main street of any Irish town and you'll find tacky betting shops, pubs, chippers and other fast food outlets. Does Dublin's O'Connell St still have two Burger Kings at each end? In case you're too lazy to walk to the extra 100m. Ditto with Grafton St last time I checked. The Irish love their takeouts - Chinese, Indian, Mexican.
