Most of what I noticed today is elsewhere on the forum, but there is the image of JK Rowling now doing the rounds. It is appropriate to mention her in the OP as she is a person who gives me courage to have opinions that go against the permitted ones, because I know she is a good person.
The art work is the front cover of Politico's Europe magazine.
Politico is as far as I can make out a reasonably sized online publication, which was founded in 2007 by journalists from Washington Post, The New York Times and Time magazine. It has a bimonthly print magazine. Cat Graffam, a trans woman, was commissioned to illustrate the front cover of their current Europe issue.
My opinion is that it is a sinister and crude piece of work. Rowling has been a huge force for good in the world - a successful female author who encouraged reading and imagination in a whole generation of young people. But this portrayal of her is also completely in lockstep with the widely-sanctioned public hate-speech towards people who will not toe the line on Gender theory ideology.
