The Hutch trial

#1

Post by Hugh_Bigazz »

Have any of ye been following the Hutch trial in the kangaroo court, Gardai giving testimony anonymously and allowed to give their opinions that he was a so called drug lord without giving any evidence of same, Gardai destroying evidence without informing DPP, illegal bugging of a Jeep and hours of conversations taken illegally in NI being allowed to be admitted. They're trying to stitch him up big time and the judges are letting everything go. I'm no fan of the Monk but everyone deserves an honest trial in a just court

Haven’t been following it but what I’ve seen of Irish courts leaves a lot to be desired.
