This sort of crap is why I didn't complain when I wasn't assessed in the last census despite being home. The government have no idea who is in the country or, indeed, an accurate idea of the current population.

This will be a minority view on the site, but I read this story this morning and my only response was this lad seems to be a few sandwiches short of the full hamper. He sounds like he has had a long weird wandering weekend.

Agree. Don't think this guy was a threat in any way. Looks like he went on a bender and seemed to have a good time.
