I know the ability to drive pretty fast is held dear to the hearts of many. Almost a right to higher end speed levels. For me, however , I'm delighted with this. But then again I like the speed limits in Barbados where in towns it's 40km and the motorways are 80km. In fact I rather like the idea of the old days where one wore goggles and a leather hat and a chap walked in front of the car with a flag.
