House prices rocketing, mortgage payers struggling, ECB cutting interest rates,a government who refuses to tackle it across a generation now......this can only end one way,a collapse in prices, leading to collapse in pension funds reserves....which will result in a large amount of capital leaving the state for more secure holdings, and crashing the economy

But anyone who expresses concern about the diatourous situation facing the country is labeled far right to silence obvious issues

And the other thing that will happen is international vulture funds will appear hoovering up property at cheaper prices so that they can rent it back to the Irish.
And get this they will be given tax breaks to do it.

Remember when people used rush to GUBU to smear anyone speaking out about our failed domestic economy and over reliance on FDI was going to cause disaster.....now the golden goose beloved by leftists of Ireland is faltering, will they bury head in sand & continue to shout down everyone as far right.....or will the establishment develop a domestic economy here🤔

Go through the list of jobs that the IDA have gotten and at first glance it sounds pretty good.
Lots of tech and pharma, shure where could it be wrong?
And lots of R&D.
Wayhay we are going up the value chain they will tell you.

Only thing is R&D will mean they have to bring in immigrants to actually do a lot of the high value jobs.
We simply do not have enough good qualified Irish people to fill those jobs.
And where does that leave the Irish ?
Well they do the less valuable jobs.

And at the bottom of the ladder they can compete with "asylum seekers", "migrants" and the "students here to learn English and deliver food". ;)

And the biggest thing is we simply can't cope with increasing population, even the highly qualified immigrants, who end up pricing Irish people out of homes down the road.

Oh and it is all a house of cards because all these jobs can move at the whim of foreign multinationals and a government that changes the tax rules in a foreign jurisdiction like the US.

Even the dept of finance is slowly waking up to the diatourous position the establishment have left the economy in

https://www.rte.ie/news/business/2025/0 ... x-ireland/

But still the left refuse to establish a domestic economy, while setting up ordinary people for ruination

I recall being slated here and elsewhere for saying the government were lying on housing figures and inflating them....alot of these 33K houses aren't finished imo and they are leaning on junior planners to pass houses as completed, sometimes with footings barely poured......they've made some complete and utter diatourous situation of this for personal gain

Thankfully our government has developed a strong domestic economy and not left country over exposed to an over inflated tech sector.... The first dominos are starting to fall on this disaster

If only we had proper functioning domestic economy, they wouldn't be scrambling about looking for answers to questions, they aren't even sure of

Wonder when can we expect an update of this committee workings,or minutes to it's meetings released,or is this to be the usual establishment nonsense of face-saving,box ticking exercise with feck all use to anyone only themselves and nothing changes out of it🤔

Gone a little under the radar, but many Irish firms contracted into the mega corporation's are being squeezed out and begun shedding jobs/not renewing contracts

Intro are the first of many to fold, can think of three others, struggling to pay down bills and squeezed for credit, the whole house of cards is starting to collapse....all this suffering and unemployment, because our establishment refuses to develop a robust domestic economy

18,500 + per bicycle to shed them.......nice little earner fleecing taxpayer there, and definitely not someone corruptly enriching themselves off public money, but woe betide anyone who suggests this level of misappropriation is hallmarks of corruption

This saves the world from global warming,or our environment from a worsening ecological collapse, how?
https://www.breakingnews.ie/ireland/lei ... 63212.html

Turns out after investigating themselves, the government and rest of establishment has decided noone was at fault for pissing away public money here
The OPW said these findings had been accepted and that costs for works at Leinster House were now being communicated on a regular basis.
Some wishy washy nonsense here, the entirety of the opw budget should be made accountable, instead the establishment are gonna piss away the money, while the country falls apart
