I think Ms. Hand might be pushing her luck a little far with her new claim for damages off McGregor. Presumably she'll claim she was defamed by the allegations in his failed appeal. But given the widespread coverage of the main case against McGregor and the various evidences, it's hard to see how her reputation could have been affected much one way or the other. Might be better advised to just take the win and fade into background.

Yeah she's pushing it. It was very wrong that she didn't get landed with the costs in her case against McGregors mate. It would have left her in debt. She got very bad advise on this case
