Norway’s beach handball team fined for not wearing bikini bottoms!

Ha, seems like the governing body of beach volleyball knows what some have always suspected - many of the audience are not watching it for the sport!
Norway’s beach handball team has been fined €1,500 for being improperly dressed after the women wore shorts instead of bikini bottoms at a European championship match in Bulgaria.

The European Handball Federation (EHF) said in a statement that its disciplinary commission had dealt with “a case of improper clothing” in the bronze medal match against Spain.
Pretty bold move in this day and age to fine women for not wearing bikini bottoms!

In case anyone interested what the shorts looked like:

They don't exactly look like modest shorts!

I saw this a few days ago. It is mad. There is also a pic of men and womens team together and it is ridiculous the difference. Who wants to be trying to excel at volleyball while your bottoms are riding up your...well...bottom?

I cannot work image thing. Mens and womens team pic is at this link - https://www.nytimes.com/2021/07/20/spor ... m.amp.htmllogin to view the rest of this post
Thinking out loud, and trying to be occasionally less wrong...
